JATRA is committed to fair business practices. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued for our construction and architectural services.
Initial consultation fees are non-refundable as they cover professional time and preliminary assessments.
If you cancel during the design phase, refunds are calculated based on work completed. Completed design work is non-refundable.
For projects in construction phase, refunds are subject to the terms in your project contract, considering materials purchased and work completed.
To request a cancellation or refund, submit a written request to app.jatra@gmail.com with your project details and reason for cancellation.
Refund requests are processed within 30 business days. Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method.
Custom materials, permits, regulatory fees, and third-party costs incurred on your behalf are non-refundable.
